     At the end of your posting you stated that I was a "proven
liar" because I claimed the document containing that heading was
a forgery.

     It should be apparent to you that if the document were not a
forgery, we would have taken action against you, including, at a
minimum, notifying you, and notifying Netcom, which would have
canceled your account.  It should, therefore, also be apparent to
you that this document is a forgery, in light of the fact that no
such actions were taken.

     Your posting of this document and representing it as a
genuine Scientology document by L. Ron Hubbard violates section
43(a) of the federal Lanham Act.  Any further attempt to
represent the document as authored by Mr. Hubbard or connected
with the Church will be met with the appropriate legal actions.
