You reall do need an education Steve. Lying is a basic skill of any good police officer or investigator. You ever watch TV Steve? That's how the good guy traps his man. There's no law against that and never has. (Except lying to police or federal law enforcement like Jeff Jacobson - now THAT is illegal.) Go back to school Steve. Or something.
