His name is Thomas Riche, from Harwood Associates, Crowley West Sussex, working for... Hodkin. He speaks german. Here a very rough account. He told that they are investigating the financial matters of Atack and Lawley. He asked me two questions. 1. If I had sent $$ to Atack. I refused to answer this and explained that he'd need a court order to find that out. Since when do PIs call people for financial information ? I asked how he had the name, he said "from the internet". Thinking back, it seems that I followed-up to Bob Penny's appeal for help. He didn't want to tell more or could not. He later told me that he is not on the internet, but that there is a Cyber cafe nearby. 2. If Atack and Lawley had sent me documents. I said no. I explained that I am just an unimportant guy following this from the net, etc., and that I don't even know what's Lawley doing these days. I told him that the church had failed to return some documents to Lawley. He said that Lawley had lived in Wetzlar, Germany for some time. I told him about the internet, etc. I explained him what kind of a client co$ is, about Kathleen Wilson, about Justice Latey, Russell Miller. He said he has Jon's book and Millers book, but could not tell me how he got them. I also told him about the "Sergent of K–pernick" who acomplished a similar feet as Lawley in Germany's 1900 times. (He went to K–penick in a 2nd hand military uniform, arrested the mayor, and told them to hand him the city cash - it worked, and the whole world laughed at the stupid germans) I explained that Lawley did this in Danemark, i.e. coming up as an arrogant scientologist, yelling, and that worked; but that after years of trials, the scientologists had to return the documents (which they didn't do). Btw there was a moment where he seemed to believe that *I* had organized this ?! I explained him that it was just an example. He asked me what I had against co$. I told him about the money ($300,000), and explained him TR0, TR-bullbait, and OT3 (Xenu). He said that this sounds like science-fiction. I also explained him the "no verbal tech rule". I told him to get infoseek and to search for "Xenu". I did not tell him the address of my page, to stay low on the scale. He asked me if I would mind if he calls me later, and I said yes, I would mind. Btw the guy was not harassing. But I still think I'm going up the SP scale. But something was weird. He had heard about several things I told him (harassing of Miller, Wilson trial, Latey decision), but sometimes tried to look uninformed. When I told him about the Latey decision, he brought the co$ style rebuttal: he said that co$ wasn't even a party at the trial (true, but irrelevant), and he said that the non-scientologist was taking drugs so that the kids went back to the scientologist. I asked if co$ had told him that, because they always tell that people are on drugs, or child pornography, etc. I asked him if they had told that Jon atack is a drug dealer. He said no, they had not told him this. He also said that Stephen Cooper had attacked a scieno with a knife, hurting him. I said that I doubt that this was true. I asked him if he was a scientologist. He said no. I don't know if I did the right thing (not hanging up). The reason was that I tried to "investigate him", and to tell him what kind of people these scienos are.
