Another building in an industrial/railroad setting with more visual interest than the preceding ones, it generally needs more details to fit Ivaloo St.
- Good roof overhang
- Good ratio of window to wall area
- Deep set doorway.
- Attractive balustrade, but are the balconies large enough to use as more than storage spaces?
- Good use of color
- Modern detailing on entryways would be inappropriate for Ivaloo St.
- Overall, too flat and boxy for the Ivaloo St. neighborhood.
- Design is similar to the proposed development. But this somewhat cute building would be overwhelming if extended to cover a full block and with a third story added, as in the current proposal.
