Quick Relaxation Tips

  1. Practice diaphgragmatic breathing exercises at least twice a day. Breathe in four long counts and exhale four long counts with nose and mouth open in a comfortable standing position.

  2. Do sit-ups to alleviate stress on your lower back.

  3. Relax your neck with two short sets of neck rolls.

  4. Always focus on something when speaking.

  5. Do word scramble games and anagrams to relax your mind and body. ("Stressed spelled backwards is desserts." Can you think of others?)
